Who I work with
Therapy for Children
When a child is anxious, withdrawn, or acting out, it's often because they're carrying something they don't yet have words for. I offer a warm, patient space where children are met exactly where they are — and where parents are part of the healing, not left outside the door.
What I help with
Common reasons families and individuals reach out.
- Anxiety and worry
- Big emotions and behavior changes
- Early trauma and difficult experiences
- Adjusting to divorce, a move, or loss
- Sleep, school, and separation struggles
- Building secure, trusting relationships
How I work
My work with children is developmentally attuned and never rushed. I draw on Internal Family Systems to help children understand their inner world with compassion, and — through the Circle of Security Parenting model — I partner with parents to strengthen the bond that helps a child feel safe.
